摘　　要：目的探讨给予子宫肌瘤患者针对性护理干预的临床价值。方法从该院在2016年4月-2017年4月收治子宫肌瘤患者中选取90例分为常规组和干预组,各45例。观察患者依从性、心理状态改善等情况。结果干预组服药、复诊完全依从率为60.00%、66.67%,显著高于常规组35.56%、37.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,与常规组比较,干预组HAMA、HAMD评分显著更低,GQOLI-74量表中各维度评分显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组满意度量表总评分显著高于常规组,满意度(97.78%)大于常规组(82.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予子宫肌瘤患者针对性护理干预,可有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其治疗依从性,有助于患者生活质量获得更好改善。Objective To explore the clinical value of targeted nursing intervention for patients with uterine fibroids. Methods From the patients admitted to the hospital from April 2016 to April 2017, 90 patients were divided into the routine group and the intervention group, with 45 patients each.Patients' compliance and mental state were observed. Results The compliance rates of medication and follow-up in the intervention group were 60.00% and 66.67%, which were significantly higher than 35.56% and 37.78% in the conventional group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). After the intervention, HAMA and HAMD scores in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group, and scores in all dimensions in the GQOLI-74 scale were significantly higher, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The total score of satisfaction scale in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group, and the satisfaction(97.78%) was higher than that in the conventional group(82.22%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Targeted nursing intervention for patients with uterine fibroids can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients, improve their treatment compliance, and help improve the quality of life of patients.
