摘　　要：针对锦纶印花地毯存在色差色花问题,通过对印花工艺、设备改造、染化料选择、浆料配制及生产顺序的合理设计等分析研究。得出:染料通过糊料载体对坯毯上染,必须在恒定的工艺条件下进行,以确保染料与锦纶纤维之间产生亲和力,地毯得色均匀一致;在汽蒸过程中,需严格控制温度与蒸汽饱和度,以减少色差色花的产生。文章对锦纶地毯印花色差色花的控制提供了参考,满足了对锦纶地毯颜色多样化的需求。On the base of experimental analysis, this paper discusses five parts in detail including printing process control, equipment modification, dyestuff selection, paste configuration and the scientific production order design. Finally, under normal precondition of equipment, dyestuff and carpets, to ensure that there is a full Chemical reaction between dyestuff and carpets, it is concluded that constant process conditions.Effective methods to control the printing color difference are concluded through analyzing a large number of experimental data and production accidents. Researching on all factors which has an influence on dyeing rate of nylon also ensures that dyestuff and nylon fibers are affinity. Therefore, color uniformity on nylon printed carpets can be guaranteed and skilteriness and color difference are completely in control.
