摘 要:目的:探讨留守儿童心理弹性、同伴依恋和精神病性体验的关系。方法:采用社区精神病性体验评估问卷(CAPE)、青少年心理弹性量表(RSCA)以及父母和同伴依恋量表-修订版(IPPA-R)在湖南省4045名初中生中进行调查。结果:留守儿童的精神病性体验与心理弹性和同伴依恋均呈现显著负相关;同伴依恋在留守儿童的心理弹性和精神病性体验之间存在显著的调节效应,随着同伴依恋水平的提高,心理弹性对精神病性体验的负向主效应会相应减弱。结论:提高同伴依恋水平可以降低低水平心理弹性带来的精神病性体验风险。Objective: To investigate relationships between peer attachment, psychological resilience and psychoticlike experiences(PLEs) among left-behind children(LBC). Methods: 4045 middle school students in Hunan recruited in the study were assessed by using the Community Assessment of Psychic Experiences(CAPE), Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents(RSCA) and the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment-revised(IPPA-R). Results: Psychological resilience and peer attachment had significantly negative association with PLEs in LBC. Furthermore, peer attachment served as a moderator between psychological resilience and PLEs in LBC. With higher level of peer attachment, the negative main effect of psychological resilience on PLEs would be more largely diminished. Conclusion: Increasing the level of peer attachment could reduce the risk of PLEs caused by low level of psychological resilience.
