益气活血复方胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 研究益气活血复方胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 将2016年9月-2018年5月盖州市中西医结合医院收治的82例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组38例和观察组44例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组加用益气活血复方软胶囊治疗,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组的治疗前和治疗3个月后的血浆因子及心功能变化情况。结果 治疗3个月后与对照组相比,观察组脑钠肽、高敏肌钙蛋白T更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组左心室舒张末期内径、左室舒张末期直径更小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而心输出量、左室功能更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 益气活血复方胶囊用于治疗冠心病心力衰竭,能够进一步改善血浆因子及心功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Compound Capsule on chronic heart failure. Methods From September 2016 to May 2018, a total of 82 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group (N=38 cases) and observation group (N=44 cases). The control group was given routine treatment, while the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Compound Soft Capsule for 3 months. The changes of plasma factors and cardiac function before and after 3 months of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of treatment, the levels of brain natriuretic peptide and high sensitivity troponin Tin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,(P<0.05). The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic dimension in the observation group were significantly smaller than control group, while the cardiac output and left ventricular function were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Compound Capsule can further improve plasma factor and cardiac function in the treatment of heart failure of coronary heart disease, which is worthy of clinical application.
