摘　　要：目的探讨区域护理质控中心干预辖区二、三级医院护理质量的效果。方法采取整群抽样方法,选取大兴区卫健委系统内管辖,并在2016—2018年年终进行质量评价的二、三级医院共6家,运用质控督导、培训等方式对其进行质量管控,采用二、三级医院护理质量管理与持续改进评价表在每年第四季度进行评价,并对2016、2017年及2018年的评价结果进行比较。结果2016—2018年,3家二级医院的3次护理质量评价结果分别为(82.78±2.96)、(86.05±4.16)、(90.95±1.32)分,3家三级医院分别为(89.80±3.83)、(91.62±3.24)、(96.13±1.66)分,2016、2017年与2018年评价结果相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健全的区域护理质控网络有利于二、三级医院质量管控的开展。督导与培训的科学性、针对性、灵活性是稳步推进二、三级医院整体质量提升的关键步骤。激励机制是充分调动各二、三级医院积极性,促进质量提升的有效手段。Objective To explore the effects of regional nursing quality control center on nursing quality of ClassⅡandⅢhospitals in the district.Methods From 2016 to 2018,we selected 6 ClassⅡandⅢhospitals,each of them were 3 with quality evaluation in Daxing Health Commission by cluster sampling.We carried out the quality control by quality control supervision and training.The"Nursing Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Evaluation Form for ClassⅡandⅢHospitals"was used for evaluation in the fourth quarter.We compared the evaluation results of 2016,2017 and 2018.Results From 2016 to 2018,3 evaluation results of ClassⅡhospitals were(82.78±2.96),(86.05±4.16)and(90.95±1.32)respectively;3 evaluation results of ClassⅢhospitals were(89.80±3.83),(91.62±3.24)and(96.13±1.66)respectively.There were statistical differences in the evaluation results of 2016,2017 and 2018(P<0.05).Conclusions Perfect regional nursing quality network is instrumental in the development of quality control of ClassⅡandⅢhospitals.The key to improving overall quality of ClassⅡandⅢhospitals is the scientific,targeted and flexible supervision and training.Incentive system is an effective mean for giving full play of ClassⅡandⅢhospitals so as to improve quality.
