消化道专科护理联合无缝隙对接护理干预在提升消化内镜护理质量中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨消化道专科护理联合无缝隙对接护理干预在消化内镜检查患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2017年3—12月在台州市立医院内镜中心进行消化道内镜检查的患者180例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组90例。对照组进行常规消化道专科护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上联合无缝隙对接护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度、生理指标、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组满意度98.89%,高于对照组87.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心率、血压和呼吸指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应(感染、导管脱落等)发生率为4.44%(4/90),低于对照组的24.44%(22/90),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化道专科护理联合无缝隙对接护理在消化内镜护理风险控制中能够减轻患者心理压力,减少不良事件,降低护理风险,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To observe the effect of digestive tract specialist nursing combined with seamless contact nursing intervention in patients undergoing digestive endoscopy.Methods Using a convenient sampling method,a total of 180 patients who underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy in the Endoscopy Center,Taizhou Municipal Hospital from March 2017 to December 2017 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 90 cases in each group,based on the random number table.The control group was given conventional gastrointestinal specialist nursing intervention,on the basis of that,the seamless contact nursing care was given in the observation group.The nursing satisfaction,physiological indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of the observation group was 98.89%,higher than the control group(87.78%)with statistically significance(P<0.05);the heart rate,blood pressure,and respiratory indicators of the observation group were all better than the control group with statistically significance(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions(infection,catheter drop,etc.)of the observation group was 4.44%(4/90),lower than 24.44%(22/90)of the control group with statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Digestive tract specialist nursing combined with seamless contact nursing in risk control of digestive endoscopy nursing can alleviate patients'psychological pressure,reduce adverse events,reduce nursing risks,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work.
