河南省油茶产业现状与发展优势

摘　　要：油茶是世界4大木本油料树种之一,也是我国特色食用油料树种。随着技术的进步和政策的支持,河南省信阳市、南阳市发展油茶势头正劲。在对河南省油茶发展现状调查研究的基础上,在土壤气候条件、品种资源、加工利用、市场需求等方面分析了河南省发展油茶的优势,并在生长量、花期、产量方面分析了河南省主栽油茶品种的生长表现,并对河南省发展油茶的品种选择提出了建议。Camellia oleifera is one of the four woody oil tree species in the world,and it is also a characteristic edible oil tree species in China.With the progress of technology and the support of policy,the development of Camellia oleifera in Xinyang City and Nanyang City of Henan Province is vigorous.Based on the investigation of the present situation of Camellia oleifera in Henan Province,this paper analyzed the advantages of developing Camellia oleifera in Henan Province in terms of soil and climate conditions,variety resources,processing and utilization,market demanding and analyzed the growth performance of main Camellia oleifera varieties in Henan Province in terms of growth,flowering period and yield,and put forward suggestions on the selection of varieties for developing Camellia oleifera in Henan Province.
