摘 要:为探究输气站场轴流式调压阀在气-固两相流中的冲蚀特性,以典型轴流式调压阀为研究对象,采用壁厚测量实验和CFD 数值模拟的方法,分析了阀体在不同开度下高流速的分布特点及其对关键部分冲蚀速率的贡献,并基于Tulsa 模型建立了调压阀冲蚀速率计算模型。计算结果表明:入口变径管和阀芯笼套处流速高于阀体内流速,属于磨损严重区域;在运行的5 年中,开度30%时对冲蚀速率的贡献为1.7%,开度70%时为42.1%,开度100%时为56.1%;随着开度的增加,阀内各处冲蚀速率呈增大趋势;建立了调压阀冲蚀速率计算模型,修正了原模型中冲击角度函数f(a ),发现了预测精度较高且具有较好适应性的模型参数,对于输气站场轴流式调压阀的运行维护具有很好的借鉴意义。In order to explore the erosion characteristics of the axial flow regulating valve used at gas transmission stations in gas-solid two-phase flow, the typical axial flow regulating valve was taken as the research object in this paper. The distribution characteristics of high flow velocity at different valve openings and its contribution to the erosion of the vital parts of the axial flow regulating valve were analyzed by means of wall thickness measurement experiment and CFD numerical simulation. Then, a computation model for the erosion rate of regulating valve was established on the basis of Tulsa model. It is shown that the flow velocity at the inlet reducer and the spool cage is higher than that in the valve, so inlet reducer and spool cage are classified as the serious erosion area. During its 5 years’ operation, the contribution of the erosion rate is 1.7% at the opening of 30%, 42.1% at the opening of 70% and 56.1% at opening of 100%. The erosion rates at different parts inside the valve present the increasing trend along with the opening. The impact angle function(f(a)) in the original model is modified based on the newly established computation model for the erosion rate of regulating valve. The model parameters with high accuracy and good adaptability were found, and can be used for reference in the operation and maintenance of the axial flow pressure regulating valve in gas transmission stations.
