摘  要:为了提高矿井主煤流的自动化程度,实现煤炭运输设备的运输能力,对矿井主煤流综合自动化监控系统进行了研究,采用3层网络结构,每条胶带机机头放置PLC控制站,核心控制器件选用西门子S7-300PLC,具体工业以太网和PROFIBUS-DP通信功能,主要控制方式为集中自动运行和单机自动运行;分析了该系统的主要功能,主要由胶带机的保护、计算机管理系统功能、系统自诊断功能等组成,系统减少胶带机空转时间,节约生产成本投入,实现了连锁开停机,降低了设备空转磨损,达到节能降耗的目的。In order to improve the automation degree of mine main coal flow and realize the transportation capacity of coal transportation equipment,this paper studied the comprehensive automatic monitoring system of mine main coal flow,adopts three-layer network structure and places PLC control station on each belt conveyor head.The control device adopts Siemens S7-300 PLC,specific industrial ethernet and PROFIBUS-DP communication functions.The main control methods were centralized automatic operation and single machine automatic operation.The main functions of the system were analyzed,mainly by belt conveyor protection and computer management system.The function,system self-diagnosis function,etc.,the system reduces the idle time of the belt conveyor,saves the production cost input,realizes the chain opening and stopping,reduces the idling wear of the equipment,and achieves the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
