摘  要:以某企业铬系电镀污泥为研究对象,探究稳定化与固化对电镀污泥中重金属的浸出率的影响。考察了稳定剂种类、稳定剂用量、水泥掺入量、水灰比、搅拌时间、养护时间等因素对重金属浸出率的影响,选取水泥掺入量、稳定剂用量、水灰比、搅拌时间四个因素进行正交实验。实验结果表明:二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(DDTC)作为稳定剂的稳定效果比EDTA、柠檬酸、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸钙和硫化钠要好;选用DDTC作为稳定剂时,稳定剂用量为20%,水泥掺入量为60%,水灰比为92.5%,搅拌时间为9min,养护时间为7d时,重金属Cr、Ni、Zn的浸出率分别为:3.03%、13.51%、12.44%;正交实验结果表明:稳定剂用量对Ni浸出影响最大,优化后工艺为80%水泥、20%稳定剂、0.975的水灰比、15min的搅拌时间,Cr、Ni、Zn的浸出浓度分别为2.83、12.87、9.31mg/L,能够满足电镀污泥安全填埋的要求,实现了电镀污泥无害化处理效果。Taking the chromium-based electroplating sludge of a company as the research object, the influence of stabilization and solidification on the leaching rate of heavy metals in electroplating sludge was studied. The effects of stabilizer type, stabilizer dosage, cement content, water-cement ratio, mixing time and curing time on the leaching rate of heavy metals were investigated. The amount of cement added, stabilizer dosage, water-cement ratio and mixing time were selected for the orthogonal experiment. The experimental results show that the stability of sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (DDTC) as a stabilizer is better than that of EDTA, citric acid, disodium hydrogen phosphate, calcium phosphate and sodium sulfide. When DDTC is used as a stabilizer, the amount of stabilizer is 20%, the cement content is 60%, the water-cement ratio is 92.5%, the stirring time is 9 min, and the leaching rates of heavy metals Cr, Ni and Zn are 3.03%, 13.51%, and 12.44% when the curing time is 7d. The results of orthogonal experiment show that the amount of stabilizer has the greatest influence on Ni leaching. The optimized process is 80% cement, 20% stabilizer, water-cement ratio of 0.975, and 15min stirring time. The leaching concentrations of Cr, Ni and Zn are respectively 2.83. 12.87, 9.31 mg / L, can meet the requirements of safe landfill of electroplating sludge, and achieve the harmless effect of electroplating sludge.
