摘  要:针对某矿W1319综放工作面在回采期间初次来压步距过大给工作面安全推进带来严重威胁的问题,提出覆岩中对顶板垮落起关键作用的岩层采取爆破强制放顶的措施。对合理的放顶步距进行研究,通过理论分析与计算确定顶板垮落的岩层为工作面的基本顶,以岩梁模型为基础,依据基本顶的参数,验证了W1319工作面初次来压步距,得出周期来压步距,并最终根据来压步距确定强制放顶合理步距为25m。In view of the problem that the excessive initial weighting step of W1319 fully-mechanized caving face in a mine poses a serious threat to the safety of working face during mining, the measures of forced roof caving by blasting were put forward for strata that play a key role in roof collapse in overburden rock. Reasonable roof caving step was studied. Through theoretical analysis and calculation, the roof caving strata were determined as the basic roof of the working face. Based on the rock beam model and the parameters of the basic roof, the initial weighting step of W1319 working face was verified, and the periodic weighting step was obtained. Finally, the reasonable step of forced roof caving was determined as 25 m according to the weighting step.
