摘　　要：天山矿业公司俄霍布拉克煤矿产能由原来的0.4Mt/a提高至0.75Mt/a,需对南主井带式输送机的胶带进行更换,针对工期紧、胶带质量重、危险性大的特点,采用机头带动法和自制千斤顶夹具等施工工艺,安全高效地完成了更换胶带的任务。The production capacity of Ohobrak Coal Mine of Tianshan Mining Company has been increased from 0.4 Mt/a to 0.75 Mt/a. It is necessary to replace the belt of the belt conveyor in the south main shaft. In view of the characteristics of tight construction period, heavy belt quality and great danger, the construction technology of head driving method and self-made jack clamp have been adopted to replace the belt safely and efficiently.The task of replacing conveyor belt was finished safely and efficiently.
