摘　　要：把模拟市场机制引入企业内部管理,是市场经济新形势下的一种管理创新。低效率、粗放式、高成本的管理模式制约了煤矿企业的发展,削弱了煤矿企业的市场竞争能力。大多数煤矿企业的管理理念、管理制度、管理构架、薪酬分配等随着企业精细管理改革的深入并未取得显著的成效。依据大水头煤矿模拟市场化信息平台为核心的精细化管理体系展开讨论研究,为煤矿企业成本管控、薪酬分配等方面提供经验。Under the new situation of the market economy, it is a management innovation to introduce the simulate market mechanism into the internal management of enterprises.The management model of coal mine enterprises has disadvantages of low efficiency, extensive operation and high cost, which severely restricts the coal mine enterprise development and weakens their market competitiveness.With the deepening of the fine management reform in enterprises, no remarkable effect has been made yet on the philosophy, system, structure of management and the salary distribution in most coal mine enterprises.According to the modern information platform centered by Dashuitou Coal Mine simulate market information platform, this paper was aimed to carry out discussion and research on the coal mine fine management system to provide successful experience in cost control, salary distribution and other related aspects for coal mine enterprises.
