摘  要:采用室温自组装方法制备了硅藻土/羟基锡酸锌复合粒子(DZHS-CP),研究了DZHS-CP对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)阻燃效果和力学性能的影响。结果表明:羟基锡酸锌(ZHS)晶体的生长及组装受与Zn(OH)4^-2浓度有关的"溶解-重结晶"过程控制,85℃时ZHS晶体呈边长1.0~1.5μm的立方体结构,表面光滑;室温时的ZHS晶体呈立方八面体结构,棱长约为1.0μm,表面沉积有0.1μm的细小微晶;而DZHS-CP中的ZHS晶体也呈立方八面体结构,棱长为0.3~0.5μm;DZHS-CP对ABS的阻燃效果和拉伸性能要优于ZHS与硅藻土混合物的。The diatomite/zinc hydroxystannate composite particles(DZHS-CP) were prepared by a self-assembly at room temperature. The effects of DZHS-CP on the flame retardant and mechanical properties of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS)were studied. The results indicate that the growth and assembly of ZHS crystal are controlled by the "dissolving-crystallization" process related to the concentration of Zn(OH)4^-2 . The ZHS crystals exhibit a cubic structure with a edge length of 1.0~ 1.5 μm at 85 ℃ and a smooth surface. The ZHS crystals have a cubic octahedral structure with a prism length of about 1.0 μm at room temperature and the surface is deposited with 0.1 μm ZHS microcrystals. The ZHS crystals in DZHS-CP are also a cubic octahedral structure with a prism length of 0.3~0.5 μm.The effects of flame retardant and tensile properties of DZHS-CP on ABS are better than those of ZHS and diatomite mixture.
