摘 要:通过滚球法制备了空心玻璃微珠(HGMS)增强环氧树脂(EP)空心球(HGMS-EHS),并将其作为轻质填料与EP,HGMS复合,然后再通过模压法制备了EP/HGMS-EHS/HGMS三相复合浮力材料,对其抗压缩强度、密度、微观形貌等性能进行了研究。结果表明:HGMS-EHS可以明显降低三相复合浮力材料的密度,同时使其保持一定的抗压缩强度。当HGMS-EHS密度为0.125g/cm^3且质量分数为60%时,三相复合浮力材料的密度为0.387g/cm^3,抗压缩强度为9.3MPa,适合于930m海域中工作。The hollow glass microsphere-reinforced epoxy resin(EP) hollow spheres(HGMS-EHS) were prepared by the ball rolling method, and were combined as light fillers with EP and HGMS,and then three-phase EP/HGMS-EHS/HGMS composite buoyancy materials were prepared by molding.Their properties such as the compressive strength, density and microstructure were studied.The results show that HGMS-EHS can significantly reduce the density of three-phase composite buoyancy materials, while maintain a certain compressive strength.When the density of HGMS-EHS is 0.125 g/cm^3 and the mass fraction is 60%, the density of the three-phase composite buoyancy material is 0.387 g/cm^3 and the compressive strength is 9.3 MPa, which is suitable for working in the sea area of 930 meters.
