摘 要:采用化学发泡注射成型技术制备了发泡聚丙烯(PP)复合材料,研究了不同成核剂(NA)含量对其发泡行为和力学性能的影响。结果表明:NA的加入为泡孔成核提供了大量的成核位点,有效改善了发泡PP复合材料的泡孔结构、尺寸分布和泡孔密度;当NA质量分数为5‰时,发泡材料泡孔平均直径最小约125μm,泡孔密度最大约2.54×10^5个/cm^3,泡孔尺寸分布较好。另一方面,随着NA含量的增加,发泡PP复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量呈增加趋势。The foamed polypropylene(PP) composites were prepared by chemical foaming injection molding technology.The effects of the nucleating agent (NA) content on the foaming behaviors and mechanical properties of foamed PP composites were studied.The results show that the addition of NA provides a large number of nucleation sites for bubble nucleation, and can effectively improve the cell structure, cell size distribution and cell density of foamed PP composites.When the mass fraction of NA is 5‰, the foamed PP composites obtain the minimum cell mean diameter (about 125 μm),the highest cell density (about 2.54×10^5 cells/cm^3), and better cell size distribution.On the other hand, the tensile strength, flexural strength and flexural modulus of foamed PP composites increase with the increasement of NA content in the composites.
