摘  要:根据饭煲外壳结构特点,设计了一副大型薄壁注塑模具。通过采用热流道浇注系统,拉钩拉出机构,"复位杆+内置弹簧"先复位机构以及充分且均衡的温度控制系统,成功解决了薄壁型腔填充不良、塑件易变形、定模斜滑块开模时不易自动弹出、合模时容易和动模斜顶撞击以及成型周期较长等问题。模具已成功投产,塑件精度达到了MT3(GB/T1486-2008)的设计要求。On the basis of the structural characteristics of the cover of cooker,the large and thin-wall injection mold was design.By using hot runner pouring system, pull-out mechanism, reset mechanism with "reset rod+spring "and full and balanced temperature control system, the problems of insufficient filling of cavity, easy deformation of plastic parts, no automatic ejection of fixed-die oblique slider while opening sometimes, easy impact with oblique top of movable die while closing, and long forming period were successfully solved.The mould has been put into operation successfully, and the accuracy of the plastic parts has reached the design requirements of MT3 (GB/T 1486-2008).
