加氢补充精制贵金属催化剂RLF-10L的活性恢复研究

摘　　要：通过对润滑油加氢异构装置加氢补充精制贵金属催化剂RLF-10L的卸出剂进行实验室分析、再生和评价,分析催化剂失活的原因,提出了RLF-10L催化剂活性恢复方案,并在中国石化催化剂长岭分公司完成了RLF-10L催化剂的活性恢复工作。分析评价结果表明:处理后的催化剂达到了活性恢复指标要求,催化剂的甲苯加氢活性达到了实验室再生剂水平,说明贵金属催化剂的加氢活性可以恢复。为润滑油加氢异构装置的再次开工和工业生产提供了保障。Through the analysis,regeneration and evaluation of the deactivated lube hydrofinishing catalyst RLF-10L of a lube hydroisomerization dewaxing unit,the primary deactivation causes were fixed,and the regeneration scheme of RLF-10L was proposed.Based on the scheme,the regeneration of RLF-10L was completed in commercial scale in SINOPEC Catalyst Company Changling Division. The analysis and evaluation results showed that the regenerated RLF-10L met the requirements of regeneration specification,and the hydrogenation activity after regeneration reached the same level of the catalyst regenerated in laboratory,indicating that the activity of the noble catalyst RLF-10L can be recovered well.This work is very important to the re-start up of the lube hydroisomerization dewaxing unit.
