摘  要:选择红掌、广东万年青等6种常见的室内观赏植物,测定并分析了其在甲醛胁迫环境中的净化能力及生理指标的变化。结果表明:6种植物对甲醛均有一定的净化能力及耐胁迫能力,净化能力顺序为红掌>广东万年青>绿萝>肾蕨>鸟巢蕨>铁线蕨。受甲醛胁迫后,供试植物的叶绿素均有不同程度的降解,丙二醛(MDA)含量在受到甲醛胁迫后均增加,6种植物对甲醛的耐受能力依次为鸟巢蕨>肾蕨>铁线蕨>绿萝>广东万年青>红掌,且过氧化物酶(POD)活性的增加量与植物的甲醛吸收能力显著正相关(r=0.911)。The absorbing ability and physiological index of six indoor ornamental pants were analyzed by using fumigation method under the stress of formaldehyde.Result shows that six plant have higher absorbing ability and resistance capacity, absorbing ability of six plants showed as: Anthurium andraeanum > Rohdea japonica > Epipremnum aureum > Nephrolepis auriculata > Asplenium nidus > Adiantum capillus-veneris .After being stressed by formaldehyde, the chlorophyll of the tested plants was degraded to different extents.The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) increase after being induced by formaldehyde, and the tolerance of six plants to formaldehyde is Asplenium nidus > Nephrolepis auriculata > Adiantum capillus-veneris > Epipremnum aureum > Rohdea japonica > Anthurium andraeanum .There is significant positive correlation between increment of peroxidase activity & absorbing ability, and the chlorophyll content reduce after formaldehyde stress.
