摘　　要：以超薄异型坯非平衡单点浇铸技术为核心,配合铝脱氧工艺,实现超薄异型坯全保护浇铸技术的重大突破。该技术的实施为异型坯铝脱氧工艺和多元微合金化工艺提供了工艺保障,全面提升了H型钢的工艺技术水平和产品档次。Non-equilibrium single point casting technology for ultra-thin blanks is taken as the core, cooperated with aluminum deoxidation process, major breakthroughs have been made in fully protected casting technology for ultra-thin shaped billets. The implementation of this technology provides technological guarantee for aluminum deoxidization process and multi-microalloying process. The technology level and product grade of H-section steel can be improved in all-round way.
