摘 要:热电偶是钢铁企业生产过程中用于测量温度的重要传感器,它的准确与否直接关系着产量和产品质量。热电偶自动检定系统对检定(校准)结果具有重要影响,因此,必须对其测量结果的不确定度进行评定。主要介绍了热电偶校准原理,对系统校准结果的不确定度进行了评定和小结,给出了影响测量结果不确定度的主要来源,以方便使用者准确、规范使用该检定系统。Thermocouple is an important sensor used to measure temperature in the production process of iron and steel enterprises. Its accuracy is directly related to the output and product quality. Thermocouple automatic verification system has an important impact on the results of verification (calibration), so the uncertainty of measurement results must be evaluated. This paper mainly introduces the principle of thermocouple calibration, evaluates and summarizes the uncertainty of the calibration results of the system, and gives the main sources that affect the uncertainty of the measurement results, so as to facilitate users to use the calibration system accurately and normatively.
