摘　　要：为解决国内系列钨电极产品标准缺失的问题,中国有色金属工业协会提出,并由全国有色金属标准化技术委员会组织制定了国家标准《电弧焊和等离子焊接、切割用钨电极》(GB/T31908—2015)。该标准是我国首个系列钨电极产品标准,较准确地反映出国内外新材料、新工艺和新技术在该产品中的应用;标准经过了充分调研和广泛协商,技术要求具有一定的先进性和实用性,对产品设计和制造具有指导意义;通过对该标准的解析,将有助于对标准的理解,使其成为企业自主创新和应用推广的技术基础和业内共同遵守的依据。通过该标准与相关国际标准和行业标准对比,说明该标准具有全面性和先进性。该标准规范了钨电极产品的使用,特别是引导环保新产品的发展,促进了我国钨产品的增值化、规范化生产。Co-formulated by China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and the National Standardization Technical Committee for Nonferrous Metals co-formulated the National Standard for Tungsten Electrodes for Arc Welding and Plasma Welding and Cutting (GB/T 31908-2015), which provide an authoritative yardstick for assessing tungsten electrode products in China. It accurately reflects the application of new materials, new processes and new technologies in tungsten electrode products. Before its launch, the technical requirements have experienced extensive consultation. The standards are of great guiding significance for product design and manufacture. An in-depth analysis on the standards is definitely beneficial to their understanding. It will become a technological basis for innovation common compliance in the industry. The comparison between this standard and relevant international standards shows that this document is comprehensive and advanced. The standard regulates the use of tungsten electrode products, especially guides the development of new environmentally friendly products, and promotes the value-added and standardized production of tungsten products in China.
