摘 要:将二价铁离子负载在硅藻精土上并用硼氢化钠还原形成纳米零价铁,制备出一种新型复合材料,用FESEM观察了其微观表面形态,以亚甲蓝水溶液模拟有机染料废水并用COD清除率与脱色率两个指标对处理效果进行了评价分析。评价实验主要研究了复合材料不同负载量、不同投放量以及亚甲蓝水溶液不同初始pH值对于处理效果的影响。结果表明,当复合材料负载量为20%、投放量为12g·L^-1 、亚甲蓝水溶液不调pH时,COD清除率达到83.84%,脱色率达到99.72%,且处理效果在pH=3~11的范围内都比较稳定,说明制备的复合材料能有效处理亚甲蓝水溶液并且反应条件易控制。A novel composite material was made of purified diatomite and nanosized zero-valence iron(nZVI)which was loaded on the former through adsorption-reduction process.FESEM was used for morphological studies.Methylene blue aqueous solution was used to simulate organic dye wastewater of which thetreatmenteffect by the composite material was evaluated through COD and color removal efficiency.It is shown that 83.84%of COD and 99.72%of color was removed from methylene blue aqueous solution with an initial concentration of 100mg·L^-1 and volume of 80 mL by the composite material when loading amount is 20%and dosage is 12g·L ^-1 under natural initial pH value of methylene blue aqueous solution(pH=4.56),in addition,thetreatmenteffect is stable in the pH value range of 3 to 11.The research indicate that the composite material we made cantreatmethylene blue in aqueous solution and reaction conditions can easily be controlled.
