“守初心、担使命”视域下的“小岗精神”研究

摘　　要：新中国成立70年来,中国共产党艰苦奋斗、锐意改革,取得了举世瞩目的成就。发端于小岗村的家庭联产承包责任制打破了僵化的生产关系,改变了固有的分配方式,开启了中国农村改革的新篇章。以“为民”、“为公”的奉献精神、敢为人先的创新精神、百折不挠的奋斗精神为精神内核的“小岗精神”,与中国共产党矢志不渝的初心和使命完美契合,高度统一。新时代的中国共产党人应当继承和发扬“小岗精神”,坚定理想信念,践行党的宗旨,开拓创新地推进乡村振兴战略,解决好“三农”问题,打造亿万农民的美好新生活,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。During the 70 years since the founding of People’s Republic of China, the Communist Party of China had achieved remarkable success through hard struggle and aggressive reformation. The household contract responsibility system, which originated in Xiaogang village, broke the stagnant relations of production, changed the old distribution relations, and started a new chapter of rural reform in China."Xiaogang Spirit", with its core of the spirit of "for the people" and "for the public", the spirit of innovation, and the spirit of ruthless struggles, perfectly matches the Chinese Communist Party's original intention and mission. In the new era, the Chinese Communists should inherit and promote the "Xiaogang Spirit", firmly believe in their ideals, work towards the Party's goals, explore novel rural revitalization strategies, solve the problem of “agriculture, rural areas and peasants”, create better new lives for hundreds of millions of peasants, and realize the Chinese dream of great national rejuvenation.
