摘　　要：结合目前在国内工程建设项目安装工程中对BIM技术应用的要求进行详细的分析,文章重点解决如何在工程预算的过程中应用BIM模型所提供的工程信息,并提出了更加切合工程成本控制的BIM模型与工程造价活动关联应用的方法。BIM技术编码技术与造价活动编码之间存在一定的对应关系,但是这种对应关系并不完整,而在BIM模型中又不能完全采用造价活动编码,这就需要采用不同的编码对应方式来解决BIM信息与造价信息之间的对应关系,最大化地利用BIM模型中的技术信息来服务于造价活动。与此同时,在造价活动中,对于造价过程中使用的编码也要进行适当的整合来适应BIM模型,不同形式的编码对应模式,会起到不同的作用,对信息的利用程度有着很大的影响。根据工程项目中的实际需求,应选取不同的对应模型,其原则在于使BIM模型信息与造价活动信息之间建立有效的信息对应关系,保证造价活动与BIM模型信息之间的互联互通。Accoding of tha BIM application in installation works, the requirements for application will be analized. The method of the apply of the enginerring information from BIM model in the enginneering budget process is very important. The method of applying BIM model more suitable for engineering cost control to engineering cost activities is put forward. There is a certain correspondence between BIM coding technology and cost activity coding, but this correspondence is not complete. In BIM model, cost activity coding can not be used completely. This requires different coding methods to solve the corresponding relationship between BIM information and cost information, and maximize the use of technical information in BIM model to serve cost activities. As the same time, in the cost activities, the coding used in the cost process should be properly integrated to adapt to the BIM model. Different forms of coding corresponding modes will play different roles and have a great impact on the utilization of information. According to the actual needs of Engineering projects, different corresponding models should be selected. The principle is to establish an effective information correspondence relationship between BIM model information and cost activity information, and to ensure the interconnection between cost activity and BIM model information.
