摘  要:莫北油田采出水存在悬浮物、含油量、细菌、腐蚀率超标,且水质不稳定等问题.针对莫北油田采出水展开了净水药剂评价及配套反应参数优化,并针对细菌、结垢、防腐进行了控制技术研究.结果表明:确定催化剂浓度4mg/L,PAC-3投加浓度为100mg/L,PAM-1投加浓度为2mg/L.确定最佳反应水流速率为0.8-1m/s,最佳反应时间为催化剂60s、PAC45s、PAM40s.处理后污水静止10min,含油未检出、悬浮物降低至7mg/L.杀菌剂CIDE-4和CIDE-5浓度为50mg/L,处理后三种细菌指标均满足注水指标.阻垢剂SC-1浓度为20mg/L,阻垢率达到92.1%.缓蚀剂HID-1投加浓度为60mg/L,腐蚀率可降低至0.016mm/a.The produced water in Mobei Oilfield has problems such as suspended solids, oil content, bacteria, corrosion rate exceeding the standard and unstable water quality. The water purification agent evaluation and optimization of supporting reaction parameters were carried out for the produced water in Mobei Oilfield, and the control technology was studied for bacteria, scaling and anti-corrosion. The results showed that the concentration of catalyst was determined to be 4 mg/L, the concentration of PAC-3 was 100 mg/L, and the concentration of PAM-1 was 2 mg/L. The optimum reaction water flow rate was determined to be 0.8-1 m/s, and the optimum reaction time was 60 s, PAC45 s and PAM40 s. After the treatment, the sewage was still for 10 minutes, the oil was not detected, and the suspended matter was reduced to 7 mg/L. The concentration of fungicide CIDE-4 and CIDE-5 was 50 mg/L, and all the three bacterial indicators after treatment met the water injection index.The scale inhibitor SC-1 concentration is 20 mg/L,the scale inhibition rate reaches 92.1%.The corrosion inhibitor HID-1 is added at a concentration of 60 mg/L, and the corrosion rate can be lowered to 0.016 mm/a.
