摘  要:汽车轮毂轴承是汽车重要的零部件之一,它对汽车的安全与寿命起着重要的作用,文章针对汽车轮毂轴承进行了反求设计。首先对轮毂轴承进行了数据测量,再进行产品三维模型的设计。然后对轮毂轴承进行了计算与分析,计算内容包括轴承寿命和油膜厚度计算。轮毂轴承的寿命是其重要性能指标,所以轮毂轴承的寿命分析十分必要。轮毂轴承的另一个重要的影响性能因素是润滑,其中包括润滑脂的选择和油膜厚度的计算,轴承油膜厚度的计算结果对轴承设计和提高轴承使用寿命都具有重要意义。Automobile hub bearing is one of the key automobile parts, which plays an important role in the safety and life of the automobiles. This paper proposes the reverse design for the automobile hub bearings. The hub bearings have to be measured at the first before a three-dimensional model design for the product. Then, it requires to calculate and analyze the hub bearing, which includes the calculation of bearing life and oil film thickness. The life of hub bearings is a crucial performance parameter for which its analysis is necessary. Lubrication with the selection of grease and the calculation of the oil film thickness is the other key factor affecting the performance of the hub bearings. The calculation results of bearing oil film thickness are of great significance to the bearing design and its life to run.
