摘 要:首先明确高速公路事件的含义.然后从交通需求与通行能力两方面,分析事件的发生对高速公路交通运行的影响.在此基础上,分别绘制不同处置措施下事件发生地点的车辆到达—离去曲线,得出事件影响时间及其造成的延误的计算公式.最后,以案例分析的形式,对不同处置措施下事件影响时间及其造成的延误进行分析.分析结果表明:事件影响时间与各阶段持续时间呈线性关系;事件造成的延误与各阶段持续时间呈二次方关系;交通管理部门处置事件时,应同时采取现场处理措施和上游诱导措施,这样既能缩短事件影响时间,又能降低事件造成的延误.Traffic incidents are the main cause of traffic congestion on expressways. The impact time and delay are not only the decision-making basis for the traffic management department to take measures't, but also an important indicator to evaluate the effectiveness of the disposal measures. First, the meaning of the traffic incident is clarified. Then from two aspects of traffic demand and capacity, the occurrence of the incident to the influence of highway traffic is analyzed. On this basis, the vehicle arrival/departure curve of the occurrence site of the different treatment measures is drawn separately, and the calculation formula for the time of the event and the delay caused by the incident is obtained. Finally, in the form of case analysis, the incident influence time and delay caused by different disposal measures are analyzed. It is shown that the influence time is linear with the duration of each stage. The delay caused by the incident is quadratic with the duration of each phase. When handling incidents, the traffic management department shall simultaneously take site treatment measures and upstream induction measures, which can both shorten the time of influence and reduce the delay caused by the incident.
