摘　　要：以墙壁开关电子门铃面盖为例,通过Moldflow中性面技术应用,对产品中部复杂横截面进行近似表示,可大量节省CAE分析时间,同时只需在对中性面网格属性进行设置,无需调整产品CAD模型,实现方案的调整,进行快速验证,从而节省时间提高效率。Take the wall switch electronic doorbell cover as an example, Using the Moldflow Midplane technology, the complex cross-section in the middle of the product is approximated, can save a lot of CAE analysis time, and only need to set the Midplane mesh properties, without adjusting the CAD model of product, Enable program adjustments and validation, saving time and efficiency.
