摘  要:本文以某结构的优化为例,采用Taguchi试验设计(Design of experiment,DOE)方法,以结构位移最小作为试验指标,以桥形铁片、支撑片、管件厚度、管件材料作为影响因子,设计L9(34)正交试验方案,通过有限元软件对9组试验方案进行模拟并分析结果获得了该结构的最优设计方案为加强筋型桥型铁片,加支撑片,厚度为2.5mm,管件材料为45号钢。实际验证结果表明,采用DOE法对该结构的优化在最大程度上增强了结构刚度,降低了结构的变形位移。该方法减少了方案验证的次数,缩短了研发周期,具有很好的推广价值。In this paper, taking the optimization of a structure as an example, the design of experiment(DOE) method is adopted, the minimum displacement of the structure is taken as the test index, and the bridge-shaped iron sheet, supporting sheet, pipe thickness and pipe material are taken as the influence factors. The L9(34) orthogonal test scheme is designed. Nine groups of tests are carried out by finite element software. The results of simulation and analysis show that the optimal design scheme of the structure is reinforced steel bridge iron sheet with supporting sheet, thickness of 2.5 mm and pipe material of steel No.45. The actual verification results show that the DOE method is used to optimize the structure to enhance the stiffness of the structure to the greatest extent and reduce the deformation and displacement of the structure. This method reduces the number of program validation, shortens the research and development cycle, and has good popularization value.
