摘　　要：对河南省煤炭消费现状进行分析,开展了电力、焦化、煤炭、建材、钢铁、有色、化工等七个重点耗煤行业煤炭消费减量潜力分析。分析结果表明,综合采取淘汰落后产能、化解过剩产能、提高能源利用水平等措施,七个重点耗煤行业煤炭消费减量可有力支撑全省2020年煤控目标完成。基于此,从优化产业结构、严格控制新增耗煤、削减非电行业用煤、提升电煤利用效率、加快发展清洁能源等方面,提出河南省煤炭消费减量对策措施。The present situation of coal consumption in Henan Province is analyzed,and the potential reduction of coal consumption is analyzed in seven key coal -consuming industries,including power,coking,coal,building materials,steel,non -ferrous metals and chemical industry.The results show that the reduction of coal consumption in seven key coal-consuming industries can effectively support the completion of the coal control target in 2020 by taking comprehensive measures such as eliminating backward production capacity,resolving excess production capacity and improving energy utilization level.The countermeasures of total coal consumption control in Henan Province are put forward,including optimizing industrial structure,strictly controlling new coal consumption, reducing coal use in non -electric industries,improving coal utilization efficiency,accelerating the development of clean energy, innovating coal reduction support policies,etc.
