摘  要:2型糖尿病(T2DM)心血管并发症的早期诊治是降低T2DM病死率、改善患者预后的关键。目前,基于介入、影像学诊断等手段的T2DM心血管并发症早期诊断技术尚未普及,导致临床最佳干预时机的错失。T2DM心血管并发症患者血清特异生物标志物能客观反映机体的病理状态,对T2DM心血管并发症患者的诊断、分级、疗效评价及预后判断具有一定的参考价值。对T2DM患者血清生物标志物水平的联合检测将有助于预测及早期诊断T2DM的心血管并发症,减少T2DM心血管并发症的发生。Early diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular complications in type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2 DM) is the key to reduce the mortality and improve the prognosis of patients with T2 DM. At present,the early diagnosis technology of cardiovascular complications in T2 DM based on interventional and imaging diagnosis has not been popularized,which leads to the miss of the best time for clinical intervention. Serum specific biomarkers in patients with cardiovascular complications of T2 DM can objectively reflect the pathological state of the body,which has certain reference value for the diagnosis,classification,evaluation of curative effect and prognosis judgment of the patients. The combined detection of serum biomarkers in patients with T2 DM will help to predict and early diagnose the cardiovascular complications of T2 DM,therefore reduce the occurrence of the complications.
