摘 要:以南水北调东线工程淮安三站(泵站)大型贯流泵装置为研究背景,建立了大型贯流泵后置导叶模型,通过数值模拟计算,对比分析了在不加装后置导叶和加装后置导叶两种工况下,贯流泵装置的水力特性,在此基础上,进一步研究了后置导叶叶片的数目以及后置导叶安装位置对贯流泵装置水力特性产生的影响。研究结果表明:在设计工况下,添加后置导叶减少了水流速度环量,回收了环量动能,改善了灯泡体段和出水流道的流态,且对其中小流量的改善尤为明显,使泵的装置效率提高了约5%;针对具有3个转轮的大型贯流泵装置,导叶叶片数为5个时水力损失最小;另外,导叶安装在扩散段时水力性能较好。总之,后置导叶优化后,使泵装置在设计工况时的效率提高了约0.5%。Taking the large-type tubular pump of Huai’an 3 Station of East Route Project of South to North Water Diversion as study background, the rear guide vane model was established and the hydraulic characteristics of tubular pump with and without rear guide vane were compared and analyzed through numerical simulation. On this basis, the further study on the influences of the rear guide vane number and installation position on the hydraulic characteristics was conducted. The study result showed that for the design work condition, rear guide vane can reduce flow circulation, recover kinetic energy and improve the flow state in bulb section and outlet passage, especially for medium and small discharge, increasing the efficiency of 5%. For the large-type tubular pump with 3 runners, when the guide vane number is 5, the hydraulic loss is the minimum, in addition, when the guide vane is installed in the expansion section, the hydraulic characteristics is the best. In general, the optimized rear guide vane can increase the pump efficiency by 0.5% under the design work condition.
