摘　　要：生产型企业的库存是采购、生产、销售等一系列联系经济活动的物资保证,是企业维持正常持续的经济行为及管理行为的重要组成部分。如何在快速发展的过程中满足各方需求的同时合理控制成本,是目前每个企业所面临的问题。本文通过对化纤企业的库存管理现状及存在问题的分析,提出对化纤企业库存管理的优化措施。The inventory of production enterprises is the material guarantees for a series of economic activities such as procurement,production and sales, and so on. It is an important part of maintaining normal and sustainable economic behavior and management behavior.How to properly control costs while meeting the needs of all parties in the process of rapid development is the problem that every enterprise faces. Based on the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of chemical fiber enterprises’ inventory management, this paper proposes optimization measures for chemical fiber enterprise inventory management.
