摘　　要：新型研发机构伴随着经济发展和产业化升级对科技依赖的增强产生并发展,已成为科技创新的新生力量。河北省新型研发机构起步较晚,尚处于探索阶段。论文在分析河北省新型研发机构发展环境基础上提出河北省新型研发机构发展的对策。With the development of economy and industrialization, the new research and development institutions have become the new force of science and technology innovation. It is only a short time since the new research and development institutions in Hebei Province started, and they are still in the exploration stage. Based on the analysis of the development environment of the new R&D institutions in Hebei province, the paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of new R&D institutions in Hebei province.
