摘　　要：本文以案例研究的方式对DZ公司化工产业园一期化工工程项目建设中组织间信任进行了研究,特别是针对招投标阶段的组织间信任问题进行实例阐述与案例分析,并提出系列针对性策略和建议。This paper studies the inter-organizational trust in the construction of the first phase chemical engineering project of DZ Chemical Industry Park by means of case study, especially the case study and case analysis of the inter-organizational trust problem in the bidding stage, and proposes a series of strategies and recommendations.
