摘 要:文章阐述和总结了新建北京至霸州铁路JBSG-Ⅰ标北京大兴制梁场根据线路特点和梁场实地情况,在市场现有提梁机资源不能满足现场施工需求的情况下,有效的利用了现有提梁机,成功改制并安装了2台450吨可调超高支腿提梁机,使用该提梁机架设了梁场范围内的10片箱梁之后又成功在桥上拼装了架桥机,后续共提梁500余榀上桥,并提升运架一体机喂梁200余次,安全质量状况良好,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。The article expounds and summarizes that in the new Beijing-Bazhou railway JBSG-I section Beijing Daxing beam farm, according to the characteristics of the line and the field conditions of the beam field, the existing beam lifting machine was effectively used and two 450-ton adjustable ultra-high leg girders were successfully restructured and installed in the case of the market's existing beam lifting machine resources can not meet the on-site construction needs. After setting up 10 box girders within the beam field, the girder was successfully installed on the bridge. After that, more than 500 beams were raised on the bridge, and the carrier feed beam was improved more than 200 times, safety and quality were in good condition, and good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
