摘 要:随着我国经济社会的快速发展,尤其是城镇化水平的不断提升,居民对于住房的刚性需求和改善性需求旺盛,我国二手房交易市场呈现出蓬勃发展的态势。买卖交易匹配、房屋价格评估以及交易管理系统开发等二手房交易市场中亟需解决的关键问题,目前成为国内外学者研究的重点领域。本文对这三个方面的国内外研究现状进行了总结与评述,并对二手房交易市场未来发展需要关注的问题进行了展望。With the rapid development of China's economy and society, especially the continuous improvement of urbanization level, residents' rigid demand and improvement demand for housing is strong. The trade market of China's second-hand house is showing a booming trend. The key issues that need to be solved in second-hand house market such as trade matching, price evaluation and trade management system development have become the focus of research by scholars at home and abroad. This paper summarizes and comments on research status at home and abroad of these three aspects, and looks forward to the problems that need to be paid attention to in the future development of the second-hand house trade market.
