孕妇血清和胎盘内AFP、β-HCG、AGEs和FFA与子痫前期关系研究

摘　　要：为观察孕妇血清和胎盘内甲胎蛋白(AFP)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)和游离脂肪酸(FFA)与子痫前期关系,选取本院收治的子痫前期孕妇的60例为观察组,和同期正常健康孕妇60例为对照组。结果显示观察组患者血清和胎盘内AFP、β-HCG、AGEs和FFA含量比对照组显著增加;观察组患者血清AFP、β-HCG、AGEs和FFA浓度与子痫前期发病呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。患者血清AFP、β-HCG、AGEs和FFA联合检测的灵敏度、特异性、阴性预测值和阳性预测值明显优于各指标的单独检测。说明患者AFP、β-HCG、AGEs和FFA与子痫前期患者的严重程度呈明显正相关,在子痫前期的发病过程中起到重要的作用。To explore the correlation of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP), Human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG), advanced glycation end products(AGEs) and free fatty acid(FFA) with the severity of preeclampsia, 60 preeclampsia pregnant women in our hospital from were selected as observation group and 60 normal pregnant women as control group. Their serum and placental levels of AFP, beta-HCG, AGEs and FFA were compared. The results show the AFP, beta-HCG, AGEs and FFA in the observation group were significantly increased. The serum levels of AFP, beta-HCG, AGEs and FFA in the observation group were positively correlated with the onset of preeclampsia(P<0.05). The sensitivity, specificity, negative predictive value and positive predictive value of combined detection of serum AFP, beta-HCG, AGEs and FFA in patients were significantly better than those of individual detection of each index. These results suggest that AFP, beta-HCG, AGEs and FFA are positively correlated with the severity of preeclampsia and play an important role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
