摘 要:海洋工程水下生产系统基础设计常采用极限承载力理论和挪威船级社规范推荐的基于静力触探试验方法计算防沉板基础的裙板入泥阻力。计算结果表明,极限承载力理论与基于静力触探试验方法得到的裙板入泥阻力差异较大。通过裙板贯入模拟试验验证基于静力触探试验的计算方法更接近实际情况,误差小于10%,可以确保防沉板基础设计的可靠性。基于裙板贯入模拟试验结果确定南海区域土壤裙板端部阻力经验系数和裙板侧摩阻力系数,并设计水下生产系统防沉板基础的裙板长度,以保证现场水下生产系统的顺利安装。最后,给出防沉板基础裙板设计的地质调查和裙板长度设计等建议。There are two methods for skirt penetration resistance calculation in the foundation design of a subsea production system,including geotechnical formula of ultimate bearing capacity and DNV recommended Cone Penetration Testing(CPT)-based calculation method.There is large difference in the calculation results of these methods.The skirt penetration simulation test reflects that the DNV recommended CPT-based calculation method provides more credible prediction of the penetration resistance,the deviation is lower than 10%,and the method can ensure the reliability of the mudmat foundation design.Based on skirt penetration simulation test,the empirical coefficient of the end resistance and the lateral friction coefficient of the mudmat skirt in the South China Sea region are determined,and the mudmat skirt length of the subsea production system is designed to ensure the smooth installation of the on-site underwater production system.Suggestions for geotechnical investigation and skirt height for mudmat foundation are provided.
