摘　　要：Brugada综合征(Brugada syndrome,BrS)是一种离子通道异常的遗传性心律失常疾病,在没有结构性心脏病的情况下,BrS能增加心源性猝死的风险。发热被认为是引起BrS的危险因素之一,也被认为是恶性心律失常的诱因。本文对发热引起BrS的相关研究进展作一综述,旨在为临床医生和科研工作者提供参考。Brugada syndrome(BrS) is an inherited arrhythmia involving ion channels anomaly disease associated with an increasing risk of sudden cardiac death in those patients without structural heart disease. Fever is considered to be the risk factors for both BrS and malignant arrhythmia. This paper takes a review on the research progress of fever-induced BrS,aiming to provide references for clinicians and researchers.
