摘　　要：目的研究天津市16家三级公立医院床位资源利用情况,为医院规范床位使用,提高床位资源利用效率,合理配置卫生资源提供参考。方法选择床周转次数、病床使用率、平均住院日3项指标,采用Topsis法和秩和比(rank sum ratio,RSR)法进行综合评价。结果两种方法评价结果基本一致,天津市16家三级公立医院床位利用情况可分为上、中、下3挡,排名靠前的3家医院为I、J、K医院。结论两种方法得出结果大致相同,可信度较好。天津市病床利用效率低于全国平均水平,且各区病床利用情况不一。天津市应加强医疗卫生资源的合理配置,各区公立医院也要提高医院管理水平,探寻通过多种方式合理利用床位资源,提升利用效率。Objective To study the utilization of bed resources in 16 tertiary public hospitals in Tianjin,so as to provide reference for standardizing the use of bed resources,providing the utilization efficiency of bed resources and rationally allocating health resources. Methods Three indicators,including the number of beds turnover,the utilization rate of beds and the average length of stay were selected,and TOPSIS method and rank sum ratio(RSR) method were used to evaluate comprehensively. Results The evaluation results of the two methods were basically the same. The utilization of beds in 16 tertiary public hospitals in Tianjin could be divided into upper,middle and lower levels. The top three hospitals were I, J and K hospitals. Conclusion The results obtained by the two methods are approximately the same,and the reliability is good. The utilization efficiency of hospital beds in Tianjin is lower than the national average level,and the utilization of hospital beds in different districts is different. It is suggested that Tianjin strengthen the rational allocation of medical and health resources. Public hospitals in different districts are also proposed to improve the level of hospital management and explore various ways to rationally utilize bed resources to improve utilization efficiency.
