摘　　要：近年来,湖南文化产业发展成绩斐然,但在产业结构方面还存在诸多问题,如行业分化严重、人才结构不合理、产业结构低端化、区域结构不平衡等。针对这些问题,文章提出大力发展创意设计等新型文化产业、鼓励科技创新、引进和培育高端人才、走特色化、集约化、规模化和专业化的文化产业发展道路。In recent years,Hunan culture industry has made remarkable achievements.But there are still many problems in the industrial structure.For example,industry differentiation is serious,talent structure is irrational,industrial structure is low,and regional structure is unbalanced.Based on the results of the problem analysis,the paper proposes to develop new cultural industries such as creative design,encourage scientific and technological innovation,introduce and cultivate high-end talents,and take the development road of cultural industry with characteristic,intensive,scale and specialization.
