摘　　要：当今高校图书馆向着数字化、智慧化方向发展,图书馆购买的中外文数字资源越来越多,在馆藏资源中已经占据了主导地位。怎样对数字资源进行采购前的遴选以及使用后的评价,如何合理化、科学化地配置数字资源,是所有图书馆员所面临的一个棘手问题。通过运用多种信息化技术手段,在进行架构设计和数学建模的基础上,设计了一种对数字资源运行状态进行监测的云平台,对改善图书馆数字资源的使用效果,提升图书馆运行管理和服务水平提供了重要的辅助决策作用,为当今图书馆转型发展提供了重要参考依据。Nowadays,there is a tendency of digitization and intelligence in the development of university libraries.More and more digital resources in Chinese and foreign languages are purchased by libraries.However,how to select and evaluate digital resources and how to allocate digital resources rationally and scientifically is a thorny problem faced by all librarians.Through a variety of information technology in architecture design and on the basis of mathematical modeling,a cloud platform is designed to monitor the running state of digital resources,which helps to improve the practical effect of library digital resources,promote the standard of library operation management and service,and provides important reference for the transformation of modern library development.
