摘　　要：论文主要介绍了国际图联概况以及第84届世界图书馆和信息大会概况,探讨了国际图联《全球愿景报告》概要相关内容,包括目标和价值观在全球范围内紧密相联、将全球行动和地方行动有效地结合起来两大重要发现以及致力于平等、自由地获取信息和知识等十大亮点,并就数据与数据馆员、图书馆版权等研究趋势做出阐述分析。This paper mainly introduces the general situation of IFLA and the 84th World Library and Information Congress, and discusses the relevant contents of IFLA’s Global Vision, including two important discoveries of the close connection of goals and values worldwide, and the effective combination of global and local actions. Also, it discusses ten highlights, such as the commitment to equal and free access to information and knowledge. It also discusses and analyzes the research trend of data and data librarians, library copyright and so on.
