摘　　要：目的实施ISO9001:2015质量管理体系,规范老年重症病房综合管理,提高医疗护理质量。方法通过成立工作小组,建立文件框架,规范操作流程,借助不良事件报告和满意度调查等重要工具,建立并不断完善老年重症病房管理体系。结果体系运行五年来,老年重症病房医疗技术水平、护理质量及生活服务得到显著提升,院感率、压力性损伤、跌倒不良事件发生率下降,无医疗事故及医患纠纷发生,患者综合满意度显著提升。结论ISO9001:2015质量管理体系,对老年重症监护病房诊疗水平及护理质量具有明显的促进作用。Objective To implement the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system,standardize the comprehensive management of geriatric intensive care units,and improve the quality of medical care.Methods By setting up a work group,establishing a document framework,standardizing the operation process,and using important tools such as adverse event report and satisfaction survey,an ever-improving management system of geriatric intensive care unit was established.Results In the past five years since the operation of the system,the medical technology level,nursing quality and service of the geriatric intensive care unit have been significantly improved,the incidence of hospitalization sensation,stress injury and adverse events of falls has been reduced,no medical accidents and doctor-patient disputes have occurred,and patients' comprehensive satisfaction has been significantly improved.Conclusion The ISO 9001:2015 quality management system plays a significant role in promoting the diagnosis and treatment level and nursing quality of geriatric intensive care units.
