针刀结合奇正消痛贴治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨针刀结合奇正消痛贴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将2017年7月-2018年6月于我院就诊腰椎间盘突出症的120例患者纳入研究,采取单盲法随机分组,甲组40例予以针刀配合奇正消痛贴治疗,乙组40例予以单纯针刀治疗,丙组40例予以单纯奇正消痛贴治疗。比较三组患者治疗前后免疫指标变化;VAS评分和LSFS评分;治疗总有效率。结果三组治疗后TXB2、TNF-α、IL-6水平均有明显下降(P<0.05),甲组各免疫指标均低于乙组、丙组(P<0.05);三组治疗后VAS评分有所下降,LSFS评分有一定的升高(P<0.05),甲组与乙、丙组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲组的总有效率为85%,明显高于乙组的62.5%,丙组的47.5%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针刀结合奇正消痛贴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效突出,能改善相关症状,有利于恢复腰椎功能,提高生活质量,获益高,适合临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of needle knife (acupuncture) combined with Qizheng Xiaotong plaster in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation from July 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.The patients were randomly divided into groups.40 patients in group A were treated with needle knife and Qizheng pain relief palster,40 patients in group B were treated with a simple needle knife,and 40 patients in group C were treated with simple Qizheng pain relief plaster.The changes of immune index before and after treatment,VAS score and LSFS score,and total effective rate of treatment were compared among the three groups.Results The levels of TXB2,TNF-α and IL-6 in the three groups were significantly decreased after treatment ( P <0.05).The immune indexes of group A were lower than those in groups B and C ( P <0.05).The scores decreased,and the LSFS scores increased ( P <0.05).The difference between group A and group B and group B was statistically significant ( P <0.05).The total effective rate of group A was 85%,compared with 62.5% in group B and 47.5% in group C,and the difference was significant ( P <0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Qizheng Xiaotong plaster is effective in treating lumbar disc herniation.It can improve related symptoms,help restore lumbar function,improve quality of life,and is thus suitable for clinical promotion and application.
