摘　　要：目的探讨护士作为急性缺血性脑卒中患者家属的真实体验。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,深入访谈10名急性缺血性脑卒中患者的护士家属,对获得的资料进行分析归纳总结。结果得到护士家属的真实感受,归纳为4个主题,分别为:脑卒中病发突然难以接受、难以选择治疗方案、急需脑卒中判别和照护知识、承受心理和生理压力。结论患者家属存在心理、生理负担和缺乏照护能力等负性体验,护理人员应动态全程关注患者家属心理给予个性化干预、通过多学科协作提供信息需求帮助家属增强照护能力,与辅助型护理人员通力合作给予社会支持,从而帮助患者达到更加良好的治疗效果。Objective To explore the real experience of nurse as the family members of the patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIC). Method The nurses' family members of 10 patients with acute ischemic stroke were interviewed in depth using the phenomenological method in qualitative research,and the obtained data were analyzed and summarized. Result The true feelings of the nurses' family members were summarized into four themes: difficulty to accept the onset of acute ischemic stroke,difficulty to choose the treatment program,urgent need for judgment and care for stroke,and bearing psychological and physiological pressures. Conclusions The family members of the AIC patients have negative experiences such as psychological,physiological burden and lack of care ability. The nursing staff should pay attention to the family members' psychology dynamically and give individualized intervention,provide information needs through multidisciplinary collaboration to help families enhance their ability to care,and cooperate with assistant nursing staff to give social support so as to help patients achieve better therapeutic effect.
