摘 要:简要介绍高温对水基钻井液性能的影响,基于国内外研究现状,从提高黏土高温稳定性和提高聚合物处理剂高温稳定性两方面综述提高水基钻井液高温稳定性能的方法。提高聚合物处理剂高温稳定性的方法主要有优化聚合物分子结构、增强聚合物的聚集态结构和利用纳米技术提高聚合物高温稳定性。从聚合物化学结构、高温性能与作用机制等方面介绍提高水基钻井液聚合物处理剂高温稳定性的方法和水基钻井液抗高温聚合物的研究现状。对提高水基钻井液高温稳定性方法与技术的发展趋势进行分析。The influence of temperature on the performance of water based drilling fluid was briefly introduced. On the basis of the research status at home and abroad, the improvement of high temperature stability of water based drilling fluid was reviewed from two aspects: improving the high-temperature stability of clay and reinforcing the high-temperature stability of polymer additives. The current methods for improving the high temperature stability of polymer additives are summarized as follows: optimizing the molecular structure of the polymer, enhancing the aggregate structure of the polymer, and using nanotechnology to improve the high temperature stability of the polymer. And the methods of improving the high temperature stability of drilling fluid with polymer additives and the research advances of high temperature resistant polymers in terms of chemical structure, high temperature performance, and temperature-resistance mechanism were also reviewed. According to the research status, the development trends of methods and technologies of improving the high temperature resistance of water based drilling fluid were analyzed.
