摘　　要：目的探究可汗模式在护士单人徒手心肺复苏(CPR)培训中的应用效果。方法研究对象选取为2017.1—2017.5 之间我院的低年资护士122 名,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各61 例,两组护士均根据《2015 美国心脏协会心肺复苏及血管急救指南》中的相关要求进行单人徒手CPR 培训,观察组采用可汗模式,由导师制作教学视频上传,学生课前通过视频进行学习,课堂进行案例学习及小组讨论,对照组则采用传统教学模式,由导师进行课堂讲解及示范,学习时间均为8 周,学习结束后进行理论和操作考核。结果两组学员培训后操作成绩对比差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论可汗模式与传统教学模式相比,能够显著提高护士单人徒手CPR 的培训效果,学员的满意度更好,值得推广及应用。Objective To explore the application effect of khan model in the training of single-handed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for nurses. Methods Research object to choose between 2017.1 - 2017.5 from low qualification nurses, 122, using the digital meter method each 61 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, two groups of nurses are based on the 2015 the American heart association cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and vascular first aid guide single CPR training with his hands, and the related requirements in observation group adopts the model of khan, made teaching video upload, mentor students through the video before class, the class of case study and group discussion, control group adopts the traditional teaching mode, by teachers to conduct lectures and demonstrations, learning time for eight weeks, after the study evaluation, Testing was used to evaluate the two groups of students on the teaching model. Results There was significant difference between the two groups after training (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode, khan mode can significantly improve the training effect of nurses' single-handed CPR, and students' satisfaction is better, which is worthy of promotion and application.
