摘 要:目的探究可汗模式在护士单人徒手心肺复苏(CPR)培训中的应用效果。方法研究对象选取为2017.1—2017.5 之间我院的低年资护士122 名,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各61 例,两组护士均根据《2015 美国心脏协会心肺复苏及血管急救指南》中的相关要求进行单人徒手CPR 培训,观察组采用可汗模式,由导师制作教学视频上传,学生课前通过视频进行学习,课堂进行案例学习及小组讨论,对照组则采用传统教学模式,由导师进行课堂讲解及示范,学习时间均为8 周,学习结束后进行理论和操作考核。结果两组学员培训后操作成绩对比差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论可汗模式与传统教学模式相比,能够显著提高护士单人徒手CPR 的培训效果,学员的满意度更好,值得推广及应用。Objective To explore the application effect of khan model in the training of single-handed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for nurses. Results There was significant difference between the two groups after training (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode, khan mode can significantly improve the training effect of nurses' single-handed CPR, and students' satisfaction is better, which is worthy of promotion and application.
